Streamlined Communication

Reduce the number of phone calls you receive each day by allowing the tenants to log into the tenant portal to submit a maintenance request. Rentables can be configured to email you when requests for maintenance have been submitted or if you prefer simply log into Rentables and check the work order page for any new work orders that have been submitted.

Provide your customers, the property owner, with the visibility they need to plan accordingly for any repairs that are needed on their property by using Rentables work order tracking. When the owner logs in (via the Owners Portal) they will be able to view the status of any work orders for their property. If you attach the invoice to the work order the owner will be able to access the invoice on their own, again saving you a phone call requesting a copy of the invoice.
